Having served in the US Navy, I understand the importance of leadership, resilience, and teamwork. My military experience instilled in me the values of discipline, adaptability, and effective communication, which form the bedrock of my coaching approach.

I hold an MBA degree from the University of Michigan, where I honed my strategic thinking and business acumen. With 17 years of valuable corporate experience, I have navigated various roles and challenges, gaining a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership development, and personal growth within professional settings.
